Who We Are

We are a combined Uniting Church and Anglican parish. We uphold the traditions of each parent church. We work together to serve the needs of our congregation and our community. Christians from all families of the church are welcome to worship together and share the gospel of God’s love for all people.

Our Team

These roles are ably assisted by our Church Council, Wardens, Elders, and Carers group.

Our Journey

St Peter’s Anglican Church and the Emmaus Uniting Church joined in 2003. The vision shared by both congregations was that they could serve God and their community more fully by joining their spiritual, financial and physical resources. Churches were demolished, land sold and the new worship centre built. Services began in the new building on Sunday, September 2, 2008. Since that time people from other local churches that have closed have joined us, along with people who have moved into the area. We celebrated our 10th anniversary in 2018.
